During the lockdown my son and I needed an outlet, he asked me if we could start a gaming stream. I thought I could use this to teach him how to give back to our community and pay it forward. We decided if we ever got monetized we would donate money to non kill animal rescue.
We went through a multitude of names before landing on one we knew was a winner. Our mission was to take out internet bad guys to save real cats lives as well as, teach my son audio, video, and editing skills. I have a background in music and video so I was excited to share my passion for art and production with my son who shares a love of music and creativity.
We have moved far beyond a gaming content page, we are entertainers who care about giving back, paying it forward and sharing a positive life. We promote positive mental health awareness. I share my own struggles and encourage others to talk, not keep it bottled up. I have learned to express myself and allow me to be me. This includes my journey into becoming an artist, motivational speaker, animal activist, and a better human. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I encourage you to reach out either in a live stream on our CatzOfDuty's gaming and social media platforms or in PM to share your story with me. Lets become better humans together and help lift each other up!
-Thanks Dj Aka Cat Daddy and Captain Papaya.-
Mau Mau is just shy of 18 years around the sun, that 88 in cat years. We rescued each other 17 years ago. She was my first rescue, and has been my thunder buddy for a long time now. When she first came home with me she was afraid if her own shadow, now she is the boss of the house.
Nina is 4 years old and we got her from the same shelter as I got Mau Mau 17 years earlier, even the sane room. She's our little ninja and is slowly coming out of her shy shell. She's letting Mau Mau know she's coming for her spot.
This little guy was brought into our life by fate, we got him from the place we donate our profits to now. We were donating money we had raised to another place that had a special adoption. My sons streams as Cpt. Papaya, when we showed up this little ginger came right up to me, Cassidy told me his name was Papaya. Fate!!
